incentive groups and conventions have special needs so we work closely
with the meeting planner from the initial site inspection, through the
planning stages, to the actual operation of the group in the destination.

| From the moment we
meet your group our destination staff are available 24 hours a day to provide
the participants with all the required services. |
| We can coordinate all
aspects of conventions, such as the registration and the provision of audiovisual
equipment, translators and lighting, and we have staff available at the
hospitality desk for the duration of the congress. |
| We also organise recreational
activities such as beach olympics or rallies, or night time events such
as theme parties or dine-arounds, and we offer companion programs for those
not particpating directly in the convention. We offer a selection of gifts
and special amenities and can take care of any last minute request to ensure
the successful outcome of your group. |
